30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition received
  • Unused / unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With original tags (if applicable)
  • With proof of purchase

 

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, you must contact us first at:

Do not send any items back without first receiving approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.


Once your request is reviewed, we will provide:

  • Return approval
  • A return authorization number
  • The correct warehouse return address
  • A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)


Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with an issue, email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A short description of the problem

 

We will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.


If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Clearance/final sale items
  • Used items
